Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
