Felicity Jones is a British actor who gained notoriety for her performance as Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything (an acclaimed film), is one of the most prominent British actors. Jones has been acting since when she was 12 years old and has worked in multiple productions and TV shows. Jones began her acting career with the TV movie The Treasure Seekers. She then played the role for Ethel Hallow another television show known as The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. Her debut film, Flashbacks of a Fool included her in the role of Young Ruth. Since then she's been featured in many movies. Her popularity grew due to her role in films including The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. In the end, it was her part on The Theory of Everything' that earned her an Oscar award for the first time. The biopic was inspired by the scientist Stephen Hawking, and Jones received a lot of praise from viewers and critics for her impeccable portrayal of Hawking's first wife. Inferno the film, which was which was a Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent part. Jones was awarded the title British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles in recognition of her remarkable talent and impact to the cinema.
