Felicity is a famous English actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones is an actress since she was twelve, has been featured in various TV series and movies. She started her career with the TV movie The Treasure Seekers. She then played Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch followed by the sequel Weirdsister college. In her first film Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to be featured in numerous films. Her popularity grew due to her performances in films like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. But it was her portrayal for her role in The Theory of Everything that made her the recipient of an Oscar for the very first time. The biopic was based on the biography of the physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was widely praised by audiences and critics for her impeccable portrayal of Hawking's initial wife. Inferno, a Tom Hanks thriller was her future film. A group of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles presented Jones the British Artist of the Year in 2016 for her exceptional talents and contributions to the cinema.
